Chapel of Ishtar: The Holy of Holies

      "A doorway to the right, leads to the Adytum, the "Holy of Holies" dedicated to Ishtar, with some pictures by various members of the F.0.I. also a picture of Dana, facing the door, by Olivia Robertson." (From the "Guide to Clonegal Castle" by Lawrence Durdin-Robertson.)

       The Holy of Holies is dedicated to the element of Aether/Spirit and contains the Shrines of Ishtar, Dana, Nuit, the Members' Shrine, and the Shrine of Alchemy. Paintings by Olivia Robertson are throughout.

2010 Shrine of Ishtar
ISHTAR, Lady of 15 of the 8 pointed Star.
Goddess of Love and Beauty of Babylon.
She descended through 7 Spheres to rescue her lover,
TAMMUZ, Shepherd of the Starry Flocks.
They ascended, joining Heaven and Earth.
