"Yes, only centres providing Magi Degrees can by Lyceums – obviously. Unfortunately, people thought it was more important to be a Hierophant and have a Lyceum, than to be a Priestess plus Iseum, so just adopted the titles themselves! This has led to frustration from members wanting a Magi course.
