Guided Tours at the Castle
October 27, 2014

The Robertson family have held guided tours of the castle and the Temple for years, including Halloween. The tours of the Temple have always been carried out with the greatest respect. I have been in the Temple on a number of occasions when there was a tour on. At no point was a tourist allowed either near the High Altar or the Well. I have been assured by a family member that the same respect for the Temple is still held at this time of Halloween. The tour includes a visit to the Temple at the end where there is an input on the Pagan significance of Samhain. They will pass through one corridor only and will not be near the High Altar.

Places of worship, that is Temples, Cathedrals, Churches, Synagogues, Mosques, Stone Circles, etc., all over the world are tourist attractions, for example, the Cistine Chapel, the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem, Newgrange. Often there is a fee which goes towards the essential upkeep of what are very expensive buildings to maintain.

I want to assure members of the FOI that the Temple at Huntington is very much cared for. While there is no Priestess or Priest living in the castle, Pamela, Lawrence's granddaughter and Cressida's successor, lives nearby in Clonegal. The Temple is regularly attended by Pamela and members of the priesthood. The energy in the Temple is wonderfully alive. Olivia would most certainly approve. Her presence there can be felt most strongly and lovingly. Her heritage is solid and is a good base for the unfolding of her vision for the FOI.
