Quarterly Registration
To join the Fellowship of Isis, please go here: Join the FOI.
Center Administrators are asked to submit the total number of new Fellowship of Isis members that they enroll every quarter. Names and addresses of the new members are to be retained at your center and not submitted. (See also Requirements for all Centers for instructions on how to enroll new members.) Membership numbers are no longer issued in the Fellowship of Isis and have not been required since 1999.
You will receive an email confirmation when your registration is received. If you do not receive this within one week, please know that we did not receive it and resend. Email the requested information below to:

1) Your Name
2) Your FOI Center
3) Your Email
4) The total number of new FOI members enrolled through your center that you wish to report for the previous quarter. (If you are reporting for a time period other than the previous quarter, please indicate.)
5) Any further comments or instructions that you may have.
